What ArcLedger is

ArcLedger is a non-custodial bookkeeping tool that reads and organises USDC transaction activity for a wallet address you provide. It is not a wallet, not an exchange, not a custodian, and does not hold, move, or have any ability to move your funds.

Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

ArcLedger produces bookkeeping records, not a tax filing, a formal accounting statement, or a substitute for a qualified accountant, tax professional, or lawyer. You’re responsible for your own tax and regulatory compliance.

No warranty

ArcLedger is provided as-is, without a completed independent security audit. It supports Arc mainnet, so keep that in mind when relying on its records for real-money activity.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ArcLedger never asks for a private key or seed phrase for any wallet. Treat any request for one, whether it claims to come from ArcLedger or not, as fraudulent.

Changes

Since this is a draft, expect it to change as the underlying legal review (and the product itself) progresses.
