Everything below is built and working today on Arc mainnet. Anything not listed here, including additional chains, invoicing, or an API, is future direction rather than current functionality. See the roadmap for what’s planned.
Wallet import
Add an Arc wallet by its public address, and ArcLedger imports its USDC transaction history: incoming and outgoing transfers, multi-transfer batches, and any reverted transactions it can detect.
Categorisation
Set a category, description, and counterparty on any transaction. Mark internal transfers between your own wallets so they never get miscounted as income or expense. ArcLedger suggests this automatically whenever both ends of a transfer belong to wallets you track.
Counterparties
Turn wallet addresses into recognisable customers and suppliers, linked to one or more addresses each, with a running count of transactions tied to them.
Deterministic rules
Rules match on direction, counterparty address, or amount threshold, and set a category, counterparty, or internal-transfer flag automatically on new imports. There's no AI and no fuzzy matching involved: matches are exact and predictable. Rules can also be applied retroactively to past transactions, with a preview of exactly what would change before you confirm.
Reports
A monthly summary of income, expenses, and net cash flow, with a category breakdown and drill-through from any figure to the underlying transactions.
Accountant-ready export
A 22-column CSV export covering dates, categories, counterparties, amounts, transaction hashes, and classification metadata. It's sanitised against formula-injection, so it's safe to open in any spreadsheet tool, and every export is logged: who ran it, when, and what it covered.
Audit trail
Every manual edit, rule-driven change, or archive/delete action writes an audit log entry, recording who or what made the change and the value before and after.
Team access
Invite teammates as a bookkeeper, who can add wallets, categorise, create rules, and export, or as a viewer, who has read-only access but can still export. Useful once more than one person touches the books.
